Virtual Keynote: The Virtual Library is Open: Serving Communities During the COVID-19 Pandemic
Friday, April 10, 2020, 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM EDT
Category: NJLA Events
Description:
While physical collections and buildings are important, the heart of libraries lies in the skilled and dedicated librarians and staff who work there. During this webinar, you will learn how a community college library, three public libraries, and a school library are providing virtual services to their communities while their physical locations are closed during the current COVID-19 pandemic. As a result of this program, you will gain strategies for providing online services to those you serve, and learn about resources that can be adapted for use by your library.
